Passiflora popenovii, the Perfect Passionfruit, is a vigorous tropical climbing vine native to Colombia and Ecuador. It produces arguably the most delicious Passiflora fruit with extremely sweet, perfumed flavor. Seeds require warm temperatures between 21-29°C (70-85°F) and warm water soaking pretreatment to achieve optimal germination in 2-8 weeks.

Tips
Use bottom heat (heat mat) to maintain 21-29°C for fastest germination. Fresh seeds germinate better than stored seeds. Keep substrate consistently moist but never waterlogged. Provide indirect light during germination. Daily watering may be required during hot months; reduce to weekly in winter. Fertilize at least twice monthly during active growth. Young plants are sensitive to cold; protect from temperatures below 16°C. Pruning is essential for plant health and increased fruit production.
