Euterpe oleracea, commonly known as acai palm, is a fast-growing Amazonian palm native to floodplain ecosystems throughout eastern South America. The species produces nutrient-rich, dark purple berries that have become globally renowned as a superfood. Seed germination requires warm, humid conditions and typically takes 1-3 months.

Tips
Use only fresh seeds with viability less than 3 months from harvest. Maintain consistent soil moisture but avoid waterlogging. Keep seedlings in shade initially, gradually introducing light as they mature. Do not allow seeds to dry out at any stage.
